Site Scheduling Information

To maximize our ability to serve you, we request that all loads be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Loads may be scheduled by emailing or calling the appropriate Valicor scheduler based on the attached site list.

General Information

Please schedule 48 hours in advance by email. If you have an emergency or need to schedule within 24-hours please call the phone number listed for the appropriate site. We understand that at times our clients may not be able to schedule in advance (emergencies, etc.) In these cases, please call as soon as reasonably possible to schedule inbound loads prior to your shipment arriving at our site.

When scheduling loads, please have and/or provide the following information:

• Profile number
• Generator name and address
• Client name (if not the same) and bill to address
• Waste description and estimated quantities/volumes
• Purchase Order for Services (If applicable)
• Requested date of delivery
• Estimated time of delivery
• For mixed loads please scan and email waste manifest to the appropriate scheduling email address.

When delivering loads, please plan to have your driver provide the Valicor approval (or work order) number and the active profile number with the waste manifest.
