Ken Hines

Chief Operating Officer

Ken Hines is the COO of Valicor Environmental Services, a portfolio company within Pritzker Private Capital. Before being named COO in November 2021, Ken was the division vice president of waste for VLS environmental services, an Aurora Capital company, where he had full responsibility for all aspects of that $180 million nationwide waste business.

Prior to joining VLS, Ken spent 4 years as senior vice president at Clean Harbors, North America’s largest hazardous waste and environmental services company. At Clean Harbors, Ken led and grew businesses in the field service, hazardous waste, and industrial cleaning markets, ranging from $150 million to 350 million in revenue. Prior to Clean Harbors, Ken spent 10 years at Veolia, the world’s largest environmental services company. At Veolia, Ken led and grew businesses in the industrial water and industrial cleaning markets, ranging from $20 million in annual revenue to $220 Million.

Ken earned an MBA from The University of Florida and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
